.... An app for attendees to load Their tickets? Save paper. Be easier. Makes more sense.

Theres no real reason the attendee app and the host app should be separate.

Since upgrading to V3.2 I cant see names on the check-in screen which makes the app rather useless. Please fix this and return the app to its former useful self.

I find it really helpful to be able to keep an eye on registrations on my phone when I have multiple events happening. The one feature I would like to see included is being able to see how many tickets by ticket type are available on the phone instead of just the overall number. Are there more VIP tickets left or just general admission. Or if I have the different ticket types set up as separate dates in a series of events then is Mondays event sold out but the rest are full? Or is there space left in all of them. This would allow me to better deploy remaining marketing tactics. Id also like to see more functionality around emailing those who have registered and sharing via social media to help with last minute promotions.

Now that its change the app doesnt work. I have people emailing that got a ticket to event but it shows nothing in the app. Why?

I cant scan people into my event...only see a black screen and I cant add new attendees...very disappointed

This new version is pretty weak! I really wants to use the app to check people in for events by name, but the only way to do it is by scanning the tickets. What happened to the old, press the button and they are here system?!

Loving the new design, the app needed a refresh!

Eventbrite screwed up royally by creating two apps to perform separate functions. This is just plane dumb! Creating two separate apps takes us backwards technology wise. If I could give a - ⭐️ I would.

I really liked the Neon app. Used it weekly for events I organized. With the new version (Eventbrite Organizer) I now prefer to go to the website to get my info faster and clearer, other than having to swipe credit cards with the app. Terrible user interface where the relevant data requires a scroll and a magnifying glass. And whats with the pastel colors?

Two weeks into a tour and I realize that Manager is not showing me net sales on my ticket purchases, meaning Ive probably taken a loss of about 40 to 50 bucks per show over the last 14 days when settling up with promoters. Neon gave us net sales – why is that not an option here? Am I just completely missing it? I paid the fees foreword to purchasers, but have ended up eating them anyway and overcharging attendees without reason. Add net sales to the app so that we dont have to log on to the mobile site and navigate each and every event in the manager back end before settling up at the end of the night. In the last version, all that took was a tap of the finger to switch between gross and net sales. Have no idea why in the world thats not a thing anymore.

The new update is allowing old dates to show up as live.

Easy to see who has registered, which events I have active and super easy to check in. Just wish I could see the actual rsvp/event page from the app. Overall, quite pleased.

Please fix bugs. I never get an accurate RSVP account with the app, I always have to go to the website, which I feel defeats the point of the app

I thought I could create an event with this app, but you cannot, which is dumb. Also, has Eventbrite changed their pricing policies? They now charge 2 fees instead of one 3% fee which is quite expensive now. Will consider making my next event free with this new fee increase... ☹️

This app was five stars before the latest update. Now it is almost impossible to read because the background is all white, the number of tickets sold and remaining are tiny, and its taken up by large unnecessary graphs. Bring back the old app!!!

Brilliant tool especially for SME events

This app does not work. I have tried removing and reloading without success. I am going to an event tomorrow which I booked through EB and the app shows no events.

This app is helpful, but this version crashes every time I try to switch between events! Very frustrating. This is on an iPhone 5, so I shouldnt be having these problems.
