Eventbrite Organizer App Reviews

Loss of feature and bugs

We use eventbrite and have been for years now. Although I was excited to have the two apps combined, it hasnt been well executed. Im sure version 2 will be better. 1. No list of letters to click on to quickly get to last name. 2. Frequent crashes- when switching from ticket sales to check in. No data is lost but have to reboot. Would like to see an offline mode which allows for at the door purchases. Not all venues have internet connections. Love eventbrite. Looking forward to the next version.

Decent but flawed

Utilized the original Entry Manager App on a regular basis. Noticed that several attendees did not show on our last 10 events. Hopefully there will be an update soon to address any bugs. We rely heavily on this app

Cannot scan iOS 8

Crashes everytime I try to scan a barcode!!!

Nobody exists in this app

Since at least beginning of October, this app never shows that theres anyone to check in even though there are plenty of people whove purchased tickets. (You can see them through the website and the older Eventbrite Entry app.) Are the folks at Eventbrite aware of this problem? This app is completely useless.

S Chey

Ive been having a hard time with this app. It tells me that I havent sold any tickets when I know I have. When I go to check on the eventbrite website, which takes forever to load, it will show me who has signed up. I love the idea of this but it needs a fix.

Freagging awesome!

This app (together with the whole eventbrite service) is AWESOME!!! We Used it for 7 events with thousands of visitors and it works reliably, fast and its even well designed. Scanning Tickets is a breeze and very fast. ITS FREE for free events. How great is that?! One minor issue; on an iPhone ( < 6 ) you cant see the seat number when checking in people...

Neon not good

My friend has the older version and it works..but this version is not working. The example pages provided in the App Store do not appear in the app itself.

DO NOT USE if you sell merchandise!!!

Found out far too late that this app, the cornerstone of checking people in to our event, DOES NOT DISPLAY MERCHANDISE!!!! There is literally no way for the app to expose merchandise sales as you’re checking people in (not even in the obvious place under “orders”) and the official recommendation from Eventbrite? “Print out an excel sheet and manually check it off using paper and pens.” NOT HELPFUL for our event with thousands of participants, and dozens of merchandise SKUs. BE WARNED! If you don’t sell any merchandise during registration for your event, then the rest of the app is fine.

Reserved seating dashboard broken

The new reserved seating dashboard doesnt work. At last not on iPad. Just spoke and never loads anything.

TERRIBLE

not only am angry that I have to download this SECOND Eventbrite app to monitor my events Im holding but it doesnt event give me a list of attendees. Between the TWO apps now I cannot get a list of attendees. What is wrong with these developers?! Are you kidding me?! Do not waste your time.

Crashes every time I check someone in

Crashes every time I check someone in

Cannot get link for my event

Go back to the table on this app!!! Its basically useless. I cannot see, copy, NOR share the link for my event. Fix that. We all want to share our events event easily from our phones, but cant.

Limited

Not many features. Needs more admin functionality.

Not great for admin

A little hard to figure out, and needs a lot more admin features before its really ready to cover all the things the main Eventbrite site does.

Pretty good but ...

the word check-in was confusing because I did not realize it would show me details about the orders. The dashboard seems to have bugs BC it said I had no orders when I did.

My Evens Did Not Populate

When I logged into my account my upcoming events did not populate. In addition to that I couldnt search events. Very lame app

Bad idea, and poorly executed

This app is a horrible idea. Eventbrite needs to fire whoever decided to make another app to manage events. All of this functionality could have been easily integrated into the main EventBrite app, if they had anyone with any real mobile background, and mobile UX/design experience. Now I have to jump to another app for no good reason, and I cant even make basic changes to the events I am hosting. Please hire some real mobile people, and let them show you how mobile apps are done.

Terrible

Cant access my purchased tickets. Was sent to get the app to see my "mobile tickets" without needing to print and the app is blank.

Create an Event

The update doesnt allow you to create an event. Every time I try to create an event or upload a picture for the event, it takes me back to the login screen. Once I log back in, it sends me to a blank page where I cant do anything besides log out. This needs to be re-updated.

why two different apps

seriously?! this makes no sense. to make matters worse, the neon app is a horrible app.
