Great work guys!

Much better than the old version!

Good at what it does.

Im looking forward to this app getting more admin features, starting with sending invites.

Works great!

Really useful thanks!

Crashes every time

Works fine on my iPhone. Crashes every time I open it on my iPad. Attempts to "update list" and simply crashes. Please fix, its without any value as it is. Ive reinstalled several times.

Doesnt work

Ive tried to use this app for two months now, hoping that it would work. I cant even get signed in. It times out every time. Doesnt matter if Im on a wifi connection or not. Dont download this app thinking you can rely on it at the door.

Works great

This app did what it was supposed to do. There has been an occasional crash, but I still got through my event without too much trouble.

Needs option to change events

There is no way to navigate back other than closing the app and reopening it. I want to be able to see multiple events, at least be able to access easily.

Crippled by last update.

App worked flawlessly before last update. Now it wont even retrieve the list of people signed up for an event when you pull down to refresh which pretty much makes the app useless because ultimately I end up having to use a computer versus my iPhone or iPad. Check in also subsequently not working via Entry app.

No worky

Cant even log in. Needs major help.

Doesnt work anymore!

This app used to work but now all I get is the spinner forever when I start it. Cant even log out to try again.

Dont waste your time - wait for update

I used this app about 5 months ago and loved it! It did everything it was supposed to do and was really easy to use. Since the latest update, its completely useless. I am not able to even log in. There is the spinning wheel that says loading but never does. Ive uninstalled and re installed multiple times.

Cant log in

With all of these problems theres not been an update since May 2014… How can you expect us to use this and present a professional image? Deleting.

App hasnt worked in over a month

Deleted the app, completely useless. Used to love it but after a full month of it not working Im moving to a competitor. Cmon eventbrite...

Seamless, Sleek and Simply Awesome!

Well thought through, sleek design and simple to navigate. Overall great product! Most of all will make my event run smooth start to finish. Awesome!

Needs to be reworked - (everything)

First off, I love the ease of Eventbrite when it comes to selling tickets; but that is where the ease of use pretty much ends. This app is doomed due to the hardware it is tied to. First off, the card reader: You must buy the Eventbrite card reader. Why? The technology of reading a magnetic strip of a credit card has been developed save time and money and partner with a company like Square or Amazon and use their hardware. This is just another piece of hardware to keep track of. Second: The card reader is based on the Apple 30-pin hardware. THIS IS OLD TECHNOLOGY. The reader will not directly interface with the lightning port without a $29 adapter. No good. Lightning has been out for over a year and the news of the technology over two years… someone at Eventbrite missed the boat here!! Third: Eventbrite will pay the $10 cost of the first adapter, (good move) - it shows a commitment; BUT only the first one. Each additional card reader will cost $10. Oh, also, there is tax and shipping so each Eventbrite adapter actually costs $19.xx (depending on your tax rate where you live). Oh, and don’t forget the apple backwards comparable adapter at $29 each. So each reader actually costs $50 or somewhere near that amount. I wish that Eventbrite would simply play nice with existing adapters: Square, Amazon, etc. I don’t need another piece of hardware. Especially one that is based on old technology. You can’t buy a new iPad with a 30 pin connector! Based on the most simple piece of hardware, I can’t even attempt to talk anyone into looking at the $1,703 printer that is also associated with the Neon App! Really? $1,703 ticket printer? The whole thing is odd to me because they partner with Honeywell for some handhelds and BOCA for the printer.

Love the new app

Great UI, consolidates functionality of the old apps, and I can do it all from my phone (rather than requiring my iPad). Good work Eventbrite.

What weve been waiting for!

Entry manager and at the door under one hood! Sound the trumpets. Eventbrite rocks.

Wont display sales / poor interface

Ticket sales information for events flashes on the screen, displaying the attendees, then disappears quickly, replaced by a screen reporting that no ticket sales have occurred. Navigating is horrendous; one you go to "settings" theres no way to get back to the main page, you are forced to restart the app. Basically, all of the functionality needed to see who has purchased tickets no longer works, which was kind of the whole point of the app, no?

DONT load this update!

Weve been loyal eventbrite users for a couple of years now, hosting dozens of events via this ticketing mechanism. But now with this app upgrade, we cant use it anymore to check people in, or to simply see how sales are going... and if we need to promote more. After the attendee list loads, it all disappears at the first touch, showing no tickets sold... Which I know is not the case. Why dont they test these things before launch? I really dont care about the neon stuff. IT JUST NEEDS TO WORK! Were leaving eventbrite and going to another service. This is ridiculous, I expect more from them. Disappointed.

Not happy with update

While the added features (selling tickets, attendance snapshot) are nice, I’m really bummed at what a huge step backwards the check in feature took. The former “Entry” app was able to tell me how many guests had been checked in so far, so we knew how many were missing and could easily gauge if we could start our show or not. This new release of “Neon” does NOT have that functionality, that I can find, which makes it really unhelpful. Eventbrite, please re-add this functionality!
